Zen master, Thich Nhat Hanh, said it best – “Meditation can help us embrace our worries, our fear, our anger; and that is very healing. We let our own natural capacity of healing do the work.” Meditation will not take away your worries and problems, no. But merely thinking of these shortcomings bring us down. And that we focus too much on the problem itself, instead of thinking of ways to solve it. Meditation will simply take us to a place where we can obtain deeper focus which will also help us gain more power over our feelings, judgments, and emotions.
